A BrightSign Case Study
RedStraw, a New York–based creative media content agency, was engaged to help designers, contractors and building owners enliven tight, high-traffic lobbies in Manhattan, including projects at 740 Broadway and 10 Astor Place. Facing the challenge of delivering rich, high-resolution content that fits premium, compact spaces and makes a strong first impression, RedStraw chose BrightSign’s HD media players to power and synchronize large-scale multi-display installations.
Using BrightSign HD media players, RedStraw deployed synchronized video across 42 55-inch Planar displays at 740 Broadway (playing a 6K montage) and eight 46-inch Planar displays at 10 Astor Place, with a subset of screens reserved for directories and informational content. The BrightSign solution provided frame-accurate synchronization across the arrays, transformed the lobbies visually, amplified perceived space, and created striking, immersive experiences for tenants and visitors.
