BrightSign Helps Vegas EXP Deliver Interactive Shopping Experiences on the Las Vegas Strip

Vegas EXP is a 3,200-square-foot retail concept in the Grand Bazaar Shops on the Las Vegas Strip that needed a modern, digitally enhanced shopping experience to engage tech‑savvy tourists and move beyond traditional retail. To create an interactive, targeted environment, Vegas EXP partnered with BrightSign, deploying BrightSign HD1023 and XT1143 media players to power in‑store digital signage and a 55‑inch interactive LG touch screen.

BrightSign’s solution drives 28 screens across the store (16 BrightSign HD1023 players each feeding paired displays via HDMI splitters) and powers the flagship interactive display via a BrightSign XT1143, enabling Instagram feeds, weather, a shoppable catalogue, and a selfie mode. The BrightSign deployment has increased dwell time and customer engagement—contributing to strong sales since the late‑Summer 2017 opening—and Vegas EXP is expanding capabilities with BrightSign Bluetooth/beacon integration and Rockbot for further mobile interactivity and targeted promotions.
