ICOR International Systems was charged with outfitting the new CLUB RED VIP Luxury Lounge at the BB&T Center — a 12,000 sq. ft. venue with about 50 distributed screens — and needed a reliable, easy-to-deploy, cost-effective digital signage solution to handle the installation’s complexity. ICOR selected BrightSign, using BrightSign HD220W and HD1020 networked sign controllers and BrightSign Network for centralized management.
BrightSign supplied roughly 50 HD220W and HD1020 players mounted in an A/V rack with a 64-channel matrix switch, managed via BrightSign Network and BrightAuthor, with a touch-based interface for targeted advertising and promotions. The deployment proved highly reliable and simple to operate—after a single 30-minute training ICOR fielded only a few basic questions, the lounge went live across all screens and ICOR ordered additional BrightSign units for other areas, showing reduced support needs and rapid expansion.
