Brightsign and Flixio Collaborate to Create Interactive Signage Experience For Cubesmart Customers at more than 350 Locations

CubeSmart, a leading self-storage REIT, needed a consistent, customer-facing way to showcase expanded services and simplify self-service across its locations. BrightSign provided the solution with its HD1010 interactive players, BrightSign Network and BrightAuthor software to deliver touchscreen displays and centrally manage content for CubeSmart’s sites.

BrightSign linked HD1010 units across more than 350 CubeSmart locations, enabling Flixio-developed content with 130 unique video assets and nearly 1,000 navigation paths to guide customers to relevant services. The BrightSign Network and BrightAuthor allow remote publishing and grouped targeting, delivering a consistent customer experience, simplifying content management, and supporting CubeSmart’s sales goals—while the solid‑state BrightSign players offer greater reliability and lower power use (about 5 W vs. 70–90 W for a PC).
