Moka Graphics, founded by designer-developer Kendra Beavis, is a full-service design and marketing studio that builds interconnected brand experiences — websites, social, print and more. With a five-person team juggling about 30 open jobs and client work, the challenge was finding a visual, flexible project system that reduced endless back-and-forth emails and let both designers and developers work in the view that suited them.

Moka adopted Brightpod’s pod-based workflow and task arrangement features, using list and box views and inviting clients into pods as a lightweight ticketing system. The switch eliminated much of the email traffic, streamlined daily triage and team communication, was easy to learn, and effectively replaced the other PM tools they’d tried.
