Varsity Headwear expands into wholesale within just 2 months of implementing Brightpearl

Varsity Headwear is an Oslo-based cap specialist (founded 2013) selling through a Magento webstore, a flagship store, POS and to over 50 retail partners across Norway and into the EU. The founders were managing orders and inventory on Excel (with iZettle for payments), which lacked real-time visibility and couldn’t scale as they planned to add wholesale, online growth and tighter multi-channel control.

By implementing Brightpearl they moved to a single system for POS, ecommerce and wholesale, giving immediate central control of orders and customers. Within 1–2 months they expanded into wholesale and saw online order growth, used Brightpearl Automation for auto-fulfillment, and gained the operational capacity to grow faster and pursue further EU expansion.
