Roseland Furniture is a family-run, Truro-based online furniture retailer positioning itself as a higher-quality, affordable alternative to Ikea. Rapid expansion from eBay to a Shopify webstore, Amazon, Tesco Direct and a clearance warehouse made it increasingly difficult to track orders and inventory across multiple sales channels and warehouse locations, creating manual, time-consuming processes and a need for company-wide visibility.

Roseland implemented Brightpearl to centralize order and inventory management—benefiting from easy Shopify integration, browser-based access, simple training and responsive support.
