Heat Transfer Warehouse, a Fargo-based online retailer of heat transfer vinyl and sublimation equipment, had outgrown its old ordering and inventory processes as order volumes and direct-to-consumer demand surged. The company needed better accuracy, visibility, and a system that could integrate with its BigCommerce storefront, which led it to Brightpearl.

Brightpearl implemented its retail operating system with BigCommerce integration in less than five months, adding automation and real-time inventory visibility across orders, warehouse, shipping, and reporting. As a result, Heat Transfer Warehouse doubled monthly orders from about 8,000 to 16,000, improved inventory accuracy, and gained the scalability to handle 25% more orders per employee with less manual effort.
