Jenny Bird, a Toronto-based modern jewellery brand founded in 2008, grew quickly into a multichannel business selling via two Shopify sites, a retail store and 80 wholesale partners. The company had been running operations on Excel “order central” and hit $4M in sales, but spreadsheets couldn’t manage multi-location inventory, forecasting or wholesale demand—leading to missed sales and an inability to scale.
