Honour is a London-based retailer founded in 1988 that sells lingerie, fetish wear and accessories across its flagship store, multiple direct-to-consumer and wholesale sites, and marketplaces, stocking over 10,000 SKUs. Rapid growth exposed limitations in its legacy ecommerce stack—poor integrations, slow reporting, no plug‑in warehouse management and time‑consuming manual processes that forced the team to hire developers and contractors just to keep operations running.

Honour moved to Brightpearl’s cloud-based Digital Operations Platform for its real-time reporting, extensible integrations and end-to-end automation.
