Driveline Baseball, a multichannel B2C baseball training and equipment company, needed a retail system that could handle complex operations, custom integrations, and high-volume growth. After briefly leaving Brightpearl in search of a cheaper option, the business discovered that alternative couldn’t deliver the promised capabilities without expensive custom work, especially around 3PL connections.
Brightpearl implemented its retail operating system with plug-and-play integrations, a deep API, automation, demand forecasting, and Inventory Planner. As a result, Driveline automated fulfillment across nine warehouses, reduced its human error rate from about 5% to under 1%, and gained accurate, up-to-date inventory and buying recommendations that improved stock planning and lowered fulfillment costs.
