David Shuttle Ltd is a family-owned, multi-channel gift, jewellery and homewares retailer founded in 1978 with two High Street stores, an e-commerce site and marketplace presence (eBay and Amazon). With 35 employees, the business needed to modernize from paper ledgers and spreadsheets, centralize inventory, products and pricing, and create an operationally stable, scalable platform that could support consistent service across channels.

They implemented Brightpearl for integrated accounts, inventory management, ePOS and marketplace connectivity, replacing manual processes with real-time, centralized data. The platform reduced errors and admin, enabled £45,000 of incremental Amazon sales from about 900 orders in year one, improved customer service and provided a scalable foundation to launch and integrate a second business, Diamond Style.
