Bodysocks, founded in West Wales in 2011, is a global costume retailer selling tens of thousands of SKUs to 70+ countries. Managing eBay, Amazon and its own site on separate stock systems led to duplicate sales, stockouts, manual shipping processes and no live financial view—issues that became more urgent as the company expanded internationally and then faced demand shocks from the COVID-19 downturn.
