UMi Debt Finance Scotland, which manages a £12 million loan fund under the Scottish Growth Scheme, needed a CRM to support a growing loan book and streamline processes across the business, from partner relationship management and marketing to underwriting and stakeholder activity. BrightOffice was chosen to provide the cloud-based CRM and loan management functionality they needed.

BrightOffice implemented a bespoke CRM that produced loan documents, managed underwriting and stakeholder workflows, and supported integration with back-office accounts and Microsoft Power BI. UMi was up and running within two months, including two days of on-site training, and reported significant process improvements, with the team able to focus more on serving clients and developing the business.
