Why TheWorxHub is a “Game Changer” for Holland Home’s Senior Living & Care Facilities

Holland Home is a Grand Rapids–based nonprofit senior living organization with three campuses, more than 2 million sq. ft. of facility space and a 13-person maintenance team. As the organization grew, maintaining multiple levels of care became increasingly complex, creating a need for a user-friendly system that could centralize work orders, track technician workloads and improve service for residents and families.

In 2021 Holland Home implemented Brightly’s TheWorxHub, an intuitive platform used by technicians, operations and finance staff to log work orders, run reports and monitor KPIs. TheWorxHub streamlined daily work, improved resident communication and reporting, helped justify new hires (including an HVAC tech), and significantly reduced the number of open work orders across campuses.
