The School District of Clayton, a small district of 2,600 students, struggled to manage facility and trip scheduling for more than 3,300 annual events using a desk calendar. The change cut scheduling time by about 50% (freeing roughly 20 hours per week), provided full event transparency, delivered KPIs used for benchmarking and board reporting, and helped the district invoice $27.55 per student annually with 100% of billed dollars collected.
