Quorum Health is a national hospital system focused on rural communities (21 hospitals, 1,914 beds, hundreds of buildings) with 44 biomedical and 120 facilities technicians. Facing an aging, Internet Explorer–only asset system that would soon be unsupported, the organization needed a modern, unified CMMS that could manage both biomedical and facilities work orders, reduce reliance on multiple tools, and provide a mobile app so technicians could spend more time in the field.
