PlayhouseSquare, a 615,000 sq ft performing arts complex in Cleveland that also manages 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial real estate and more than 1,000 annual events, needed a modern system to receive, prioritize and track work requests. The facilities team wanted to measure workload and employee hours, understand where time was being allocated, and keep better records of projects and costs instead of relying on paper and spreadsheets.
