Peabody Housing Association builds a clear view of its assets

Peabody Group, one of London’s oldest and largest affordable housing and regeneration organisations, manages more than 55,000 homes and 800 hectares of public realm in Thamesmead. Responsible for everything from grass cutting and tree maintenance to play areas and waterways, Peabody needed accurate, auditable asset and cost data to charge residents correctly—but was relying on paper records and spreadsheets, creating a cloudy view of assets and heavy administrative overhead.

Peabody implemented Brightly Confirm with mobile Confirm Connect and mapping integration, enabling in‑field asset creation, inspections, defect reporting and live scheduling. The result is a largely paperless process that tracks £7 million of work annually, delivers service charge estimates down to the penny, speeds responses to inquiries and gives a clear, real‑time view of assets and maintenance activity.
