Saginaw implemented Dude Solutions Event Management—building on a platform they already used for maintenance—which provided an online, color-coded calendar with school-specific views and easier setup. The new system eliminated lost forms and scheduling conflicts, improved the calendar’s appearance and usability, boosted staff morale, and increased community engagement with district events.
