The challenge was to provide a central repository with a flexible asset register, condition and works data to support accurate, auditable reporting and rapid incident response.

Lendlease implemented Brightly Confirm to manage operations, planned and reactive maintenance, inspections and asset status using a flexible linear asset register that records pathways, road surfaces, drainage and more. The system improved asset visibility and emergency response, enabled detailed, auditable reporting to meet PPP obligations, minimized congestion and public impact, and supported network performance monitoring and lifecycle optimization.
