Kimball Public Schools Increases Tracking, Service and Recognition with Dude Solutions

Kimball Public Schools, a small district in Kimball, NE serving about 550 students across two buildings, faced a challenge keeping up with maintenance tasks with a lean team of two and no prior system for tracking work orders. Gregg Fossand, the Transportation/Building & Grounds Director, needed a way to document requests, benchmark performance, and streamline day-to-day operations during his transition into the role.
