Independent School Saves Time & Improves Accountability with Brightly's Maintenance Management Software

Greenhill School in Addison, TX is a 1,280‑student independent school with 14 buildings across 80 acres. Its facilities team, focused on customer service, struggled with inefficient processes and unreliable work‑order data—requests were handled through an Outlook calendar and a flawed legacy preventive‑maintenance system, making tracking and accountability difficult.

Over the summer the school implemented SchoolDude’s maintenance management suite, trained staff, and went live at the start of the school year. The new system improved accountability and reporting, revealing the team completes about 12,000 work orders per year—far more than expected—and providing data Marty Hagmann shares with the CFO for budgeting.
