Glenaire Retirement Community Completes Work Orders within Two Days with Efficiencies from TheWorxHub

Glenaire Retirement Community in Cary, NC is a 500,000‑square‑foot senior living campus (334 homes, ~400 residents and 300 staff) that struggled with maintenance, housekeeping and grounds work managed on paper—creating slow response times and a perception that work orders weren’t handled efficiently.

They implemented TheWorxHub by Brightly as a single, mobile-enabled platform (maintenance, barcoding, security, housekeeping, room bookings, surveys/inspections), which helped them complete most work orders within two days and improve transparency and interdepartmental coordination. Results include 11,097 maintenance and 47,809 housekeeping work orders completed in 2019, 854 running schedules, 382 projects, 843 assets tracked, ~17,000 room bookings and 646 security rounds, along with higher resident satisfaction.
