A Brightly Software Case Study
The City of Monash, a local government area in Victoria serving about 200,000 residents and operating two public golf courses with over 60,000 rounds a year, needed to replace paper‑based maintenance schedules with a mobile asset management solution. Although a long‑time user of Confirm, the golf teams lacked real‑time visibility of jobs, work history and costs, making it hard to respond to enquiries, track progress, and plan resources efficiently.
Working with Brightly, Monash implemented Confirm OnDemand with ConfirmConnect and Workzone, building a GIS‑mapped asset inventory for every hole, configuring repeating and cyclic job regimes, and delivering targeted training and go‑live support. The result: crews can access and close live task lists in the field, managers can schedule work in advance and reassign tasks easily, and the council now has clearer cost and time data—leading to greater efficiency, better-informed decisions and improved course conditions.
