Three Village Central School District in East Setauket, NY (9 buildings, 7,300 students) struggled to organize and distribute vital safety information that lived on flip charts and bulletin boards, which staff rarely took into the field during emergencies. The district needed a way to make building-specific and event-based plans accessible, yet secure and role-appropriate.
