City of Sydney turns to Brightly Confirm to help steer course to sustainability

The City of Sydney, which manages AUD$12.7 billion in infrastructure for 220,000 residents and 22,000 businesses, faced fragmented asset data across more than 60 registries and relied heavily on spreadsheets. It needed a central asset registry with mobile field access and integration with customer service, planning, finance and GIS systems to support lifecycle management, cost analysis and regulatory compliance.

The council implemented Brightly Confirm as its Corporate Asset Management System (CAMS), using Confirm Workzone for map-based scheduling and resource control and Confirm Connect for mobile contractor and team workflows. Centralising data and integrating back-end systems delivered real-time updates, stronger contractor oversight, fewer licensed products to maintain, time and cost savings, improved service responses, and better reporting to meet asset valuation and compliance requirements.
