Chroma Color Corporation, a nearly 50-year-old specialty color concentrate and masterbatch supplier with six North American facilities and about 500 employees, faced fragmented asset management—each site used spreadsheets and paper files. With growth and potential acquisitions on the horizon, leadership needed a centralized, adaptable CMMS to standardize maintenance and bring visibility to equipment health across locations.

Chroma deployed Brightly’s Asset Essentials companywide and added Smart Assets sensors at two pilot sites, rolling the system out gradually with a shared location hierarchy and progressively improved asset data.
