Campbell University, a 9,400‑student campus in Buies Creek, North Carolina, needed to rapidly modernize its facilities and operations. The university set an aggressive goal to go live with cloud‑based operations software within three weeks of purchase to become a leader in cloud-based operations management.

Working with SchoolDude, Campbell implemented eight cloud solutions — covering maintenance, facility scheduling, inventory, utilities, alarm automation and BMS integration — in 22 days. The MySchoolBuilding portal was rolled out to staff and community users, the BMS was integrated to automate 1,100 critical alarms (the largest count in the nation), and early results included 1,028 work orders generated (399 closed), 82 events scheduled, 100 PM schedules running and significant targeted HVAC energy savings.
