BuildASign.com is an Austin-based, web-first custom printing manufacturer with about 500 employees and international operations. To meet fast fulfillment demands the company needed to keep varied production equipment and facilities running—managing preventive and emergency maintenance, parts inventory, and dozens of work orders across an 11-person maintenance team and a four-person facilities group to avoid costly downtime.

BuildASign implemented Brightly Asset Essentials, training technicians to use the desktop and mobile platform daily to visualize, schedule and track work orders, manage parts inventory with automatic reorder alerts, and customize dashboards for targeted reporting.
