Brethren Village is a 1,200-resident continuing care retirement community in Lancaster, PA, managing 1.1 million sq. ft. The facilities team relied on a paper-based work-order system that made it hard to track daily work, coordinate between departments, or access reliable data for budgeting and operational decisions.
