Bethesda Country Club, a full-service country club with extensive facilities and grounds to manage, was outgrowing its existing facility management platform and relying on Excel to track assets and maintenance history. The operations team needed a more robust CMMS from Brightly Software to better manage employee jobs, improve asset tracking, and create realistic reports for the Board of Governors to support budget planning.
