The department faced fragmented, paper-based workflows, siloed district garages, loss of institutional knowledge when employees left, and limited ability to spot inefficiencies or plan future capital needs.
By rolling out Brightly’s Asset Essentials CMMS (with the mobile app) and the Predictor add-on, the county standardized processes, digitized work orders, enabled occupant-submitted requests, and scheduled routine deliveries to save time and money.
