Roche, the world’s largest biotech company, wanted a faster way to support physicians treating Hemophilia A with Hemlibra®, a complex therapy that requires individualized, weight-based dosing. To avoid building its own regulated digital infrastructure, Roche partnered with BrightInsight and used its compliant healthcare platform to develop a digital dose calculator.

BrightInsight provided the pre-built, cloud-based platform and managed the regulatory, privacy, and security burden, including support for CE-marked Software as a Medical Device requirements. This allowed Roche to launch the Hemlibra Dose Calculator in just five months, while also setting a foundation for future digital health solutions and data-driven insights.
