AstraZeneca, a global biopharmaceutical company, wanted to improve care delivery for patients with chronic diseases by offering digital tools that could personalize care, support adherence, and fit into provider workflows. To do this, AstraZeneca needed a cloud-based SaaS platform with strong clinical workflow integration and compliance support, and selected BrightInsight as the underlying platform for its AMAZE Disease Management Platform.
BrightInsight provided the regulated BrightInsight Platform to power AstraZeneca’s AMAZE solution, including a patient mobile app and care team portal integrated with EHRs and connected devices. The platform helped AstraZeneca launch in less than a year, accelerate time to market, and reduce risk while supporting privacy, security, quality, and regulatory requirements globally. The solution now enables patients and providers to share data, monitor chronic conditions, and communicate more effectively across multiple indications, including asthma, heart failure, CKD, diabetes, and COPD.
