Orbia wanted to build a company-wide culture of innovation where every employee could share ideas, get coaching, and help drive financial impact, but doing so across 56 countries, multiple languages, and five business groups required a scalable approach. The company partnered with Brightidea and used its global enterprise innovation platform, LaunchPad, to manage employee idea submission and engagement at enterprise scale.
With Brightidea, Orbia created a structured process for employees to submit ideas, have them reviewed, and move the strongest concepts into evaluation teams and leadership pitches. The program helped launch a strong internal innovation brand and achieved 76% employee engagement, generating thousands of business-building ideas and driving a measurable culture of innovation across the company.
