How Haskell Harnessed Brightidea to Build a Culture of Innovation

Haskell, a global leader in architecture, engineering, and construction, needed a better way to capture and scale employee-driven ideas as innovation in the industry accelerated. Its old SharePoint suggestion box was siloed and ineffective, so Haskell partnered with Brightidea and built out Dysruptek, its dedicated innovation team and venture arm, to create a more structured innovation process.

Brightidea helped Haskell operationalize innovation at scale by streamlining how ideas were captured, tracked, and acted on, including through its flagship Big Pitch challenge. The results included a sustainable innovation pipeline and a broader culture shift across the enterprise, with ideas advancing from simple sketches to patented hardware now deployed on job sites.
