Full-stack dedicated team to develop a web application for pin mail AG

PIN Mail AG, a German correspondence delivery company and Mail Alliance contractor, needed help modernizing its brand-new mail shipment management platform because it lacked experienced local .NET developers. Brightgrove was brought in to accelerate development of the Shipment Manager Web App and strengthen PIN Mail’s in-house engineering capacity.

Brightgrove assembled a dedicated full-stack .NET team with a senior engineer, a middle engineer, and a project manager in 1.5 months. The team rebuilt the application with a 3-tier architecture using .NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, and related modern tools, added features for wholesale orders, address validation, and route generation, and set up automated testing and deployment support. As a result, PIN Mail reduced recruiting and HR-related costs, improved delivery speed and software quality, and continued progressing toward a full release scheduled for April 2020.
