The customer needed to extend its existing desktop and web platform with a native iPad app for data capturing and electronic document filling, but faced major challenges such as limited documentation, incompatible metadata formats, and the need for a highly customizable, metadata-driven UI that would mimic paper forms.

Brightgrove provided a dedicated team of senior iOS developers and built a native iPad client with offline support, XML-based communication, and custom layout and CSS-style rendering engines to drive the UI from document metadata.
