Aginity, a U.S.-based analytics management provider, partnered with Brightgrove to expand development capacity and transfer its team from another outsourcing vendor. The goal was to build and support a unique analytics management platform, Aginity Enterprise, that would help enterprise, team, and individual users discover, create, share, and reuse analytics while integrating with major data warehouses and cloud environments.

Brightgrove assembled and grew a dedicated team from 4 to 40 engineers at peak, handling full-cycle development, infrastructure, HR, and onboarding, and later stabilizing at 30 retained specialists. The vendor delivered a microservices-based product with web and desktop versions, custom JDBC/ODBC integrations, cloud deployment flexibility, and a free desktop edition; as a result, Aginity kept its market leadership and was named a most promising analytics solution provider by CIOReview in 2019.
