Dedicated scrum team to develop a web product for doozer real estate systems

Dozer Real Estate Systems partnered with Brightgrove to strengthen its B2B real estate and construction-management platform. The customer needed a remote dedicated development team with rare Dart expertise and Agile Scrum experience to extend its in-house capacity, improve delivery visibility, and support the move from a monolithic architecture to microservices.

Brightgrove assembled a dedicated team of senior front-end developers, recruited and retrained talent in Dart, and implemented Scrum-based workflows, better estimation tracking, and the new front-end interface from scratch using Dart and the BLoC pattern. As a result, the team supported Doozer for more than two and a half years, improved JIRA visibility and communication, reduced estimation gaps, migrated the front end into microservices, and released an improved version of the product in January 2019.
