Quoka.de, one of Germany’s largest online classifieds marketplaces, needed to modernize its web portal and mobile apps, move decades of business operations into the cloud, and expand development capacity in the face of a limited local supply of Agile engineers. Brightgrove built and scaled a dedicated team for Quoka, migrated the platform to Amazon Web Services, automated testing and deployment with tools like Kubernetes, Helm, and Codeception, and helped modernize the website and iOS/Android apps. As a result, Quoka’s development capacity grew from 4 to 10 specialists, cloud migration was completed, and the development process more than doubled in speed after adopting Agile Scrum.
