City of Antwerp connects 18 organizations on one secure platform with Brightfox

The City of Antwerp partnered with Brightfox to overcome the challenge of fragmented processes and limited data sharing across 18 organizations supporting vulnerable citizens. Each organization managed its own separate files, leading to inefficiency, duplication, and confusion for both citizens and their coaches, all within a context of strict privacy regulations.

Brightfox implemented the STAP platform using Salesforce Service Cloud and Flow Builder to create a secure, centralized citizen follow-up system. The solution enabled targeted data sharing based on user roles, eliminated duplicate registrations, and provided a 360-degree view of each citizen. This resulted in less duplication, more clarity, and better guidance for citizens on their path to employment.
