With more than $100 million in contingent labor spend across 20 countries and rapid expansion underway, Illumina needed a unified workforce management approach, along with the structure, governance, and metrics to support its MSP and VMS rollout across the US and Europe.

Brightfield delivered a current-state assessment, global program design workshop, MSP operations review, and a roadmap for global governance, ROI, and rollout strategy. Brightfield also implemented Talent Data Exchange (TDX) for taxonomy, rate analysis, and dashboards, helping Illumina gain leadership buy-in for its transformation plan and make a data-driven decision to insource program and operations management, with ongoing analytics to improve cost and quality management.
