Cisco partnered with Brightfield to address global workforce governance and cost visibility challenges. As a Global Fortune 100 technology company, Cisco faced risks around tenure policy and co-employment compliance in multiple markets, along with limited visibility into how to decide between contingent workers, SOW, and FTE hiring.

Brightfield used its TDX Services Procurement module and workforce analysis tools to baseline roles, assess workforce mix economics, and benchmark rates across business units and suppliers. The work identified misclassification risks, vendor consolidation opportunities, and above-market pay in 15 of Cisco’s 20 most common regional roles, with projected savings of $1.46M on top ten roles and a broader $50M savings opportunity identified within 100 days.
