InterDent, a dentist service organization representing nearly 200 offices across eight states, faced SEO cannibalization from near-identical microsites and lacked a content strategy or visibility into location-level rankings for terms like "dentist" and "dentist near me." Wpromote was tasked with defining a strategy to track each office’s performance and drive more qualified traffic with genuinely useful content for Gentle Dental and SmileKeepers patients.
Wpromote implemented BrightEdge HyperLocal Tracking to simulate local searches for each office and prioritized underperforming locations, while using Data Cube to identify high-value, lower-competition topics to target as authority grew. After an August 2017 site consolidation, Page 1 rankings grew from 62 to 2,439 by January 2019, Data Cube score rose from 536 to 330,750, and the share of offices appearing in the Local 3-Pack climbed from under 40% to over 98%—with a reported 25% year-over-year increase in SEO-driven lead volume.
