LIXIL, a Japanese manufacturer, needed a better way to organize and use thousands of marketing and product videos after COVID-19 disrupted its in-person sales demos. The company partnered with **Brightcove** and its video platform to build a centralized owned-media experience called LIXIL-X.
**Brightcove** helped LIXIL launch the platform in six months using its APIs, enabling a prototype with strong internal buy-in and easier video search and sharing for sales teams. LIXIL-X launched with more than **2,300 videos** and now generates over **30,000 views per month**, helping showroom staff answer customer questions on the spot and strengthening LIXIL’s digital marketing efforts.
