Early instructional videos failed to engage viewers—job seeking is often private and unshared—so SEEK shifted from functional how‑tos to emotionally driven storytelling to better connect with its audience.
Using Brightcove Gallery and the Video Marketing Suite, SEEK built a branded video portal in four weeks and consolidated 200+ videos across six categories, enabling curation, playlists and stronger brand control. The shift drove measurable impact: 20,000 views in two days for a social video, a 74% view rate for the WorkaLOLics series and a 55% higher brand impact versus other media, while improving site freshness, analytics and overall engagement.
