Inspiring Interns is a UK graduate recruitment agency that set out to solve a common problem: recent graduates struggling to stand out and employers facing a lengthy, impersonal hiring process. The company needed a faster, more personal way to match candidates to roles and reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing fit.
In 2009 Inspiring Interns launched a one-minute Video CV program powered by Brightcove Video Cloud, letting candidates showcase personality and skills, enabling employers to skip screening calls and move to face-to-face interviews—sometimes the next day. The video platform scales for peak demand and fuels social sharing; the results include more than 5,700 graduates placed, ~85% of interns receiving full-time offers, over 2,000 client companies, and 30% year‑over‑year revenue growth.
