A Brightcove Case Study
VITAS Healthcare, the largest single-source provider of end-of-life care in the U.S., needed a better way to recruit, educate referrals, and connect with patients, families, and employees through more human-centered storytelling. To support these goals, VITAS used Brightcove’s streaming video and Brightcove Gallery with SSO to distribute content across its organization.
Brightcove helped VITAS give staff easy, secure access to videos from phones and tablets in the field, while also enabling social and web distribution for public education campaigns. The result was greater control over video usage, improved employee productivity, and stronger outreach that helped explain hospice care and highlight VITAS’s mission more effectively.
